Our shop is in full swing getting your holiday orders made and shipped for you and your pups to enjoy dapper holiday style together. We also wrapped up our holiday look book shoot and had a blast at the Montage Palmetto Bluff as our site location. Here are some of our favorites from the shoot, and some tips on the perfect outfit for your preppy pup to be the best dressed gent at the party!
From buffalo plaid bow tie collars and classic red tartan plaid bow tie collars, to more personalized bandanas in festive holiday prints, we have your pup covered this party season.
Our Old South Red and Navy Holiday Plaid is this season's must have for a touch of added prep. How adorable is our foster Cavalier-- Oliver Twist? He was such a star in this year's holiday shoot, and he has been such a joy to have in our home. He will be available for adoption soon through Cavalier Rescue USA, so stay tuned!!
Our Tartan Plaid Bow Tie Collar is perfect for long walks to enjoy the holiday decorations and the holiday party alike!
The best dressed guy at the holiday party, that's your pup! Our Black and Red Tartan Plaid Bow Tie Collar is sure to turn heads when you make your grand entrance.
For the pup who loves their long walks, our harnesses are available in any seersucker, gingham or holiday print. Nancy Reagan and Eliza Doolittle are sporting their Old South Plaid harnesses.
For that hard to buy for pup who has everything, don't forget our political collection. Whether your pup was a Repuplican for Trump or a Blue Dog for Hilary, we have the perfect style for the political pup this holiday season. Eliza Doolittle is repping her party colors wearing her Repuplican Bow Tie Collar while doing some front porch sittin.
Nancy Reagan is sporting our top selling( and my absolute fav!!) holiday style-- The Scottish Red Tartan Plaid.
I hope you and your pups are taking the time to enjoy the beauty and blessings of this season. I am thankful for all of you and feel so blessed to have the opportunity to make stylish dog apparel to make your holiday festive and special. Supporting handmade in the South products helps our region thrive and makes your holiday one of a kind. Merry Christmas and wishing you a blessed New Year friends!
Best Wishes,
Erica Anne

Cavalier Rescue of Florida is an all-volunteer, 501(c)3, foster-based rescue in Florida. They are dedicated to rescuing and rehoming Cavalier King Charles Spaniels in loving, pre-screened homes. They are a mighty team of volunteers with no paid staff members who lovingly provide for the needs of their dogs through donations, fundraisers and business sponsorships. They foster all dogs in Florida, but are active in rescuing and placing dogs out of state as well.
This year they have rescued/rehomed 68 dogs and counting, including 10 in the month of November alone. They accept Cavaliers no matter their age or health. Every cavalier that they rescue is taken to a veterinarian for a complete physical and followed up with specialists, if necessary. If their dogs need to see an ophthalmologist or cardiologist, they don't hesitate to take them. Some of their rescues require extensive medical care like Clancy pictured above, such as surgeries and chemotherapy, but they won't stop until their medical needs are met to live a happy, healthy life. Periodically, dogs are taken into rescue with terminal illnesses. When this happens, they provide them with loving hospice care-- ensuring that they are loved and cared for until their last day.
They accept Cavaliers primarily from owner surrenders, shelters and puppy mills and this year alone they have taken in Cavaliers from these circumstances:
Their goal is to find every dog the best possible home, based on the dog’s needs. They will take care of the Cavalier in foster care, no matter how long it takes to locate their perfect forever home. They conduct reference checks and home visits for all potential adopters. Most importantly, they make a lifelong commitment to the dog and adopting family. Even after adoption, they are here to support the new family and will accept the Cavalier back into rescue at any time, if necessary.
We look forward to sharing more of their story and introducing you to their adoptable pups throughout the month so be sure to follow along on Instagram, Twitter and Facebook. Click here to donate directly to support their life saving work, and shop all month long to help us help more Cavaliers!
Our home and studio are located in the charming, historic Oakwood neighborhood of Downtown Raleigh, NC. Though we kept our decorations classy and simple this year as you can see Eliza Doolittle modeling with her pumpkins and mums, we have neighbors that go all out for the win every season. And I mean ALL out!
Our neighborhood's Halloween decoration game is strong to say the least. This has been our favorite( and slightly terrifying) house to pass on our morning walks these days.
We hope everyone has a fun and safe Halloween!
XOXO,
Erica, Nancy and Eliza
